Stocks with the most insiders buying
Stocks ranked by the number of distinct insiders making open-market purchases over the last 90 days — a read on breadth and clustered conviction, which tends to be a stronger signal than any single buy. This ranks by the count of different buyers, not dollars; the total they spent is shown alongside. For the largest purchases by dollar value, see “Biggest buys ($)”.
Count of distinct insiders making open-market purchases (Form 4 code P) over the last 90 days, grouped by stock; dollar figure is their aggregate purchase value. Excludes grants, exercises, tax-withholding and gifts.
About this ranking
Why rank by number of insiders?
Several different insiders buying the same stock independently is harder to dismiss than one person’s purchase — it suggests shared conviction across the people closest to the company. This list surfaces those clusters.
What counts as a buy?
Open-market purchases on SEC Form 4 (transaction code P). Grants, option exercises and other non-discretionary events are excluded.
How current is this?
Refreshed daily from SEC EDGAR; Form 4 carries up to a two-business-day filing lag. Figures cover the trailing 90 days.
